Pastor Jeff Childs Pastor Jeff grew up in Titusville, PA and was baptized and confirmed at the Titusville Methodist Church. After graduating from college he joined the Army and was stationed in California and Germany. Returning stateside he moved to Minneapolis and went to seminary graduating and beginning his ministerial career in 1983.
